Anybody seen one of these in the stores yet? Target, TRU, K-Mart? I have found all of the Barrett-Jackson Series 4 cars in Target with the exception of the Corvette. I've been to many Targets, TRU's and K-Marts in our area but have zero luck finding it. Just wondering if it's a ghost or if other's have found this beauty. On that note, I've only seen one 1965 Chevelle and bought that one. Plenty of GTX's and Trans Am's, Mustangs and 59 Corvettes, no 72's.

The only one I am missing myself. Just looked on epay and there are a few but will only go there as a last resort.

A freind of mine found 1 at a Target here in the Houston Area the other day. Have not found it yet myself but you know I am looking.

i heard these were not ready to go for the release so they sent the cases of this series out minus this vette. i hear they plan to send out cases that only contain this vette as soon as it is finished so it could already be on it's way. i am only passing on what i have heard about this car.

I'm keeping my eyes open. I'll post when I come across one. Glad I'm not the only one who can't find it. I thought that maybe some crazed Corvette fan is running loose in our local area buying them all up. :freak:

A dealer had the B-J 4 series at a local show last weekend. He had a Green Machine GTX, but I didn't ask him if he had the '72 'Vette.

After doing a search on the 'Bay for the '72 Corvette from the Barrett-Jackson series 4, I found 6 of them currently listed and one Green Machine. The regular version is yellow. So why can't I find one? :confused:

I found one last weekend at one of our Targets. Just filled the pegs, two of each car. The yellow paint was a little thin. One of '65 Malibus was a funky shade of green too....

Thats what I got by accident the first time.....3 masters of just the Vette!! :drunk: GreenLight fixed my order, but never did mention why I got those instead of the regular assortment. What you have said makes sense though.

Update: I found 2 at a Target this morning. One of the Shelby Mustangs was missing :cry: but there were 2 of everything else there. Looked like a complete case.

Paint does look kind of thin on the yellow but I still had to have one.

I found them at Milezone... interestingly, there were no series 4 Barrett-Jackson cars at Barrett-Jackson...the 'official' B-J store had a ton of the series 1-3 BJ cars, but none of the series 4 ones.

In addition to the BJAB release the Vette are also being "solid packed" under a seperate item number. This is done for the Vette collectors. In was previously done for the 66 Vette, 67 vette 527 coupe, 2007 Z06 and few others. Still trying to find out if the Speed 58 vette was done also.
