Hi all, this is my first ever forum post,I've been into slot racing some 40yrs,but recently discovered the challenging and rewarding art of resin kit building.I have quite a stock of slot spares which I'd like to make use of by incorporating into a homemade chassis,anyone know of a simple to make design in brass?

Hi Rodders!

Glad you stopped by and posted up! I do know that there are quiet a few scratch chassis and resin builders, but unfortunately, not many pop in here in Hobby Talk. The majority of the guys here are HO scale so the 1/32 forum gets very little love. The guys that I know of are all over on SCI. I hate redirecting people away from Hobby Talk as its a great site, but you will not have too many replies from the HO guys for 1/32 scale resin scratch building.

Personally, I have yet to try my hand at it as we have a local here where I live that used to cut his own setups and sell them. Now he mainly works on them as a side project for us here and there and every now and then does a class on how to do it yourself. Obviously I've yet to go to one of these classes. HAHA!
