hey guys I have a question regarding the gtb. I have been running my gtb for about a year now and so far I love it. but I have just recently went lipo and I could have sworn that the gtb has lipo cutoff built into it but I re read the manual probably 3 or 4 times and could not find one hint of lipo cutoff or how to set it. so could someone tell me if I am mistaken, and if i am not can you please tell me how to set it?

THANKS
Sean Scott

The GTBs sold prior to April '07 did not have the lipo cut-off circuitry built in. We sell a Smart Stop 2-Cell Module:

Protect your Li-Po battery investment. The Novak Smart-Stop 2-Cell Li-Po Cut-Off Module connects between the receiver and speed control, monitors the battery pack voltage, and prevents the batteries from going below the critical safety voltage level of 6.25 volts.

The Smart-Stop Cut-Off Module uses a combination of throttle interruption and a visual cue from a remotely-mounted, ultra-bright blue LED. If the vehicle is run beyond the warning period, the Smart-Stop Cut-Off Module will bring the motor to neutral while leaving full steering control. Features a One-Touch Set-Up button to learn the ESC’s settings for accurate and complete control, and a 6” replaceable LED harness.
