I was in walmart this morning, and not only did they have the new releases of Muscle Machines, including the 5 pack, but there was older muscle machines there too. These cars were not there yesterday! They're the ones from a couple years back, on cardboard not clamshell, and also the four NASCAR cars. Most of them I got at Dollar General last year for $1 each, and this walmart just now put them out asking $2.78 each. Anyone else see this @ thier walmart?

Nope. My WalMarts have no MM, old or new.

I've heard about this on the other board ... dunno why the old stuff is showing up now ?

Probably buying them at DG for a buck and returning to WM for more $$

In the past at WM I've seen older cars appear from MM as well as other diecast makers.
The WM person said they probably dug out an old palette or misplaced cases of stuff in the warehouse that had been sitting there for a long time.

same here, i had a small trip to take today. stopped in a walmart for somethings on the way home. they had new muscle machines, and also the same ones i'd seen in dollar general for $1.00, and haulers for $5.00 at dollar general. at walmart. all 1/64 were $3.58 each, haulers 13.58 each.
