Just curious about this car (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=330201098756&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=014) that was listed on ebay; was this built by anyone here?
This car rocks! I gotta know how this was done, particularly the chrome engine. Very impressive work.

That's a Hot Wheels motor and rad/grill. I steal mine from my grandsons "Way to Fast" model. :p
Pipes look like JL's. The HW has seperate metal pipes that are cast with the frame. So ya gotta add the pipes.
The motors come as pair so ya gotta cut the back one off. I use the rear motor for a mock up slug.

The front wheels are not in the LWB position they have been extended forward thats how he was able to do it. If you are willing to create a front wheel extension which is normally cast into the body you can make just about any Hot Wheels body out there fro a TJET
