View Full Version : Hyperdrive Havoc 2008
racer57 01-06-2008, 03:06 PM Car's are getting closer guys. Here are a few pic's of Barry's EDM/Latemodel.
This is what the production car will look like. All the parts pictured will be in the kit minus tires, aluminum outdrives, and the body posts. Availability should be within the next two months. Conversion's and chassis kits are available now.

Harold R 03-01-2008, 02:33 AM I got to run my Havoc for the first time at Freeze. I love the car! It seems to be very responsive to changes. Now if I can just get the driver and crew chief accustomed to dirt again I'll be in good shape. lol... Thanks to Barry and Dustin for helping me get the car together in time for freeze and to all the other Hyperdrive drivers for set advice! I'm looking forward to geting back to dirt again this summer when the carpet season is over.
oldtimer 03-31-2008, 05:43 PM Any price yet for that Demon
How about a nitro car,late Model,Sprint car?
Harold R 03-31-2008, 10:36 PM Guys I’m sure Barry or Dustin will come on soon to answer your questions. In the mean time you may want to check out www.dirtoval.com. There is thread for the car over there that may be a bit more extensive. If you are not already aware the dirt crowd seems to hang out there.
I’m really enjoying my Havoc. I got the chance to run mine for a second time this past weekend. Qualified second and won the main. I have not raced dirt oval very much in the past ten years or so. Right now I feel like the car has more speed in it… I just need to get accustomed to dirt again… It is very responsive to adjustment in my opinion… which makes it great for someone just getting into dirt oval… or trying to wear the rust off.
MIDWESTRC 04-01-2008, 09:53 PM I asked this on dirtoval.com but didn't get a real answer, will B4 parts fit on the Havoc or just B3 parts?
megasaxon 04-01-2008, 10:18 PM just b3 parts, b4 will not work
MIDWESTRC 04-03-2008, 08:45 AM Thanks. Hope to have our Havoc soon.
Barry Hill 04-03-2008, 08:50 AM I am sorry for the delay, Dustin has had the machines tied up and could not get his parts ran. They have started to come in and should have kits in the next few weeks. The first thing will be the EDM/Late model, next will bethe sprint, and later inthe summer we will be getting a nitro car ready. I don't have prices yet, once everything comes in I will have a price.
thanks
Barry Hill

Rob that car looks really nice.
I got my Havoc LM to the track last night and set TQ at Silvis. WOW
Then the Servo took a dump and that is the rest of the Story. LOL
The IRS shocks are the easiest to build yet, 1st assembly on 4 shocks, 1st time and all the same, that is just weird. Thanks to Dave at IRS.
It is a very good kit and even with my limited dirt experience it was very close right out of the box.
Thanks to Dustin and Barry for all their work to get this car to the market.
