Just curious...something I've wondered about for a while now.
Why do the 1/8th-scale nitro onroad and 1/12th-scale racers continue to use old, outdated GTP and Can-Am style bodies? Why not go to a more current style, maybe IRL/Champ Car or Daytona Prototype? I know, I know...probably because there aren't any manufacturers out there producing a newer body style for these cars. There aren't a whole lot of us left who remember the old late-70s-to early-90s GTP days, let alone the 60s and the Can-Am machines...LOL...
