Hi Jeremy,

Just wondering if you talked to Greenlight about correcting the body casting they use on the promo ? The casting they used for your pre-pro samples does not have the rear quarter panel scoop like the production '69 Boss 429's have. The body they used is for the '69 Boss 302 which had the scoop deleted by the factory. Please let us know. Thanks :thumbsup:

great eye scott!! I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out. The correct 429 casting also looks much better without the pedestal spoiler as is on the 302 casting. here's a pic for all to see what scott is pointing out. I can't tell from the sample pic, but does it even have the the boss9's hood scoop?

Sure don't look like it on the jade car as you can see the green wheels pretty easy on the car above it. But yeah, kind of hard to tell.

Yes This is in fact an error, The correct casting will come out aprox. 2 months late the casting shown will come out as a custom 1969 mustang with a super low production of 1 of 480 on the regular version and anyone who preordered the bundle prior to jan 14th will recieve one of these custom 1969 mustangs with there order to help make up for the wait and if you don't want to wait contact me and we can cancel your order. Thanks for the update Jeremy. I'm glad they were able to correct the error, even if it delays it for two months. I definitely want to keep my order coming. I appreciate you including one of the 480 with the order. Did they end up packaging any Green Machine errors ? And if so, are you going to have any of those ? I'd love to get one if you do have any. Maybe I can get one for catching the mistake for you ? :D Take care.
