Just starting a new thread for the New Year. The Winter Series kicks off Sunday the 6th should be a big turnout. Jamie can list the "revised revised" dates but this Sunday is the starting date for sure. The points system for the series will make for a very interesting race to be crowned Champion. Everyone has a shot it will come right down to the last day for sure. Where else can you race 10 weeks and get 2 pair of tires for only 120 bucks. Keep up the great work guys it will pay off in the end.

Yes track looks good! I was down there on sunday an ran a few packs, was very serprised at how many new faces there was. The series should be real good! see ya sunday!

JUST A REMINDER, THIS SUNDAY COMING
Pro Advantage 10 week POINTS Race series.

Racer Entrance will be $120 on or before the first race of the series.
The $120 will pay your entrance for the 10 events and get you a set of front and rear BSR tires. (1 pack of fronts and 1 pack of rears your choice) You can also enter the race series by paying $12 per race. You just don’t get any tires.

Points will be awarded each race for season standings with one drop race.
Winner of the season will get a Winter Season Champion Trophy.

Event 4, Feb 17th

On points series race dates the doors will be open at 10am and racing will start at 12pm.

Track will be open for practice and non points races on all off weekends. Practice dates the doors open at 12pm.

Going to be good weather this weekend for a change. Sounds like a few travelers are planning on making the trip to. Going to be some real tight racing, real good practice for the snowbirds.

Don't forget the doors are open at 10 racing to start at noon. We also run 1/18th rally races at the same time. So if you have an 1/18th scale bring it with you it is a very technical course. Can't wait to kick this series off, going to be very exciting right down to the wire.

UPDATE For Jeremy Dobb who is down at the snowbirds. He is currently sitting 41st in 10.5 and 6th in 4 Cell Stock. I will update it tomorrow for rounds 2 and 3

Sorry for not updating for the 2nd and 3rd round. Jeremy is sitting 56th in 10.5 and 8th in STOCK. He and Mitch Jock will be batteling in the A in Stock

Jamie, good day of racing sunday! I liked the idea of that begginer class! Maybe have a 65 lap rule where you have to turn 65 or more laps in all 4 races to move up into the pro class! if you had somthing like this i would bring my boy down to start racing too! somthing to think about! Jeff you are so right, Jamie and the Pro Advantage gang have a good thing going. With new guys coming out each raceday things are only going to get better. The rally car count is starting to pick up also. I think it maybe time to start running races with them also not just practicing. The beginner class is a great idea so they can win the A main to would help them with there confidence.

maybe a gear rule would work also so they could use the track,nice to c new racers but they need practice like peake jk

gear rule would be good ! @ 1.6-1.7 roll out max.! I ran Ryan Tawse's car last night with a 1.66 and was lapping at 4.4 - 4.5 sec lap times. He was able to run fairly consistant 4.5-4.7's (I use the word consistant VERY loosely!)

So have we decided if we are going to still be running next Sunday. I will be there if we are just need to know so I can work on my stuff to try and catch up to Baldwin. I say if we get the race on TV we run and order in some food and have a little party after we are done.

Talking to Tim and Skippy they are planning on running this Sunday.

All in say yes for sunday, Those that would rather stay home and watch the race and just make a date change or add another on say no! Thanks I am good either way.
