Roman Pemberton 12-31-2007, 02:29 PM I Just wanted to let everybody know that Dana Silva is the new owner of SILVA CONCEPTS. Dana is the older brother of Daryl and Duane. The company has been sold and moved to Reno NV. from Cali due to duane's very busy schedule and overwhelming workload of his fulltime job but is still very active in product advancement and support. Dana is looking forword to his new ownership roll and is already working very hard on getting his stock up on all the parts plus is getting ready to release a few new products. The web site will be updated soon with all the laset and greatest products, distributerships to order from and team roster for product support. Just to name a few of the team drivers to help with setup Monti P. is very helpful as well as Daryl, Duane, Ritchie Mack, Tommy Smith(aka. Tommy Tire) and myself will be here to help as will others. I hope everyone has a safe and happy new year and good luck in 2008 hope to see you all soon. RP.

Roman Pemberton 01-03-2008, 12:31 PM Is there a new pan car in the works?
No there is not a new car in the works as of right now. There is a tray out that offsets the battery a little bit more and a cross brace that is thicker for more rigidity other than that nothing new. still a very competitive car no need to change just need to get it back in the hobby shops and in the racers hands.

burbs 01-12-2008, 05:53 AM Ive been running the Silva car , and a L4 with Silva parts for a few weeks now.. They been quite a bit faster then my previous car..
I know you said no new car in the works, but how about a chassis plate that allows for offset t plate?? I was thinking of having a one off version made.
Monti007 01-13-2008, 08:29 PM Burbs if you want to off set your t-plate just move your batteries more towards the center. It gives the same effect as moving to the t-plate to the left.
-Monti-
marig 01-14-2008, 12:39 AM Burbs, I was watching you run in 13.5 at Tri-Clone this past Saturday - which car were you running in that class - the "pure" Silva car or the 10L4 with Silva parts? I'm considering upgrading my old 10L4, so I was just curious.
You seemed to get it dialled in better between the 1st and 2nd round. (Or was it between the 2nd and 3rd?)
What's the difference between your 2 cars parts-wise, and what's the difference in how they run?
Thanks.
ovalguy1 01-15-2008, 11:33 AM Hey Roman I have some tires for you Montie left wid me.

Rusty22 02-15-2008, 04:54 PM what size standoffs does the car require for the body post/shock brace?
Dpreston 02-16-2008, 08:38 PM .780 Hope this helps
Jack Smash 02-18-2008, 08:18 PM Just an FYI but Silva Concepts parts can now be ordered directly from Silvaconcepts.net or you can have your local hobby shop contact Silva concepts to become a dealer.
