I've been grinding on this body for two hours, one slip and the bit hit the door and ruined it! I didnt want to paint this. I'd hate to start all over again.
One more for experience I guess.

wait till you finish your best one and take it out to show your wife and drop it!

Here is a pic attempt of the damage. I got some blue painters tape and just thinking of putting a black stripe on both sides leaning a little to the front to cover it. Some decals and make it look like no damage was done.

That's a bummer... But like someone said, it has happen to us all, so don't feel too bad !!!
I had the perfect paint job on a HW 65 Mustang casting and the wind blew the dang box it was sitting on over... This will be my fourth attempt to paint it again... If it don't come out this time I'm gonna introduce it to my hammer !!!
