Could I use a 2 stroke bottle of oil in a cars 4 stroke engine? Reason:
I've heard that it can lubricate the piston n' stuff if it's been sitting... which is why I want to... To make sure everything is well lubricated inside. Is this possible? I have a vehicle that's been sitting for some time, and I wish to have everything lubed up fast...

Sure, what do you think happens to the fuel that comes out of a mis-mixed 2 stroke? in my shop it goes right in my fuel injected van's tank. it's common practice & won't hurt a thing.

Marvel Mystery oil is best for what you want to do here, That's what it's designed for.

I already use half a bottle of MMO for my car each tank... My car's freakin clean :)

Yep I used MMO in my trucks' tank for a time (about a year). It is not equipped with a cat so I'm not sure how the life of the cat is affected. Oxygen sensor is still fine after that MMO run and now a 2-stroke run (400:1).
Then I read this article (be it that it is a diesel test)
http://dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=177728
Which showed that biodiesel had the best lubricative properties when compared to regular diesel, but when MMO was added to regular diesel it had a slight negative effect when used in a 300:1 ratio. Which is close to what I run. Kind of odd, since I heard that some aviators used MMO in aviation fuel to lube certain types of prop motors.
The Wally-world brand 2-stroke oil showed an improvement even at 200:1, I have since been running a semi-syn 2-stroke from Cabela's (since I get some for our boat anyhow and keeps things simpler). I figure I’d use something specifically formulated for fuel lubrication.
Can't comment on upper cylinder lubrication as this trucks block isn't going to be torn down for a long time, but the fuel pump sure has quieted down significantly (not my imagination either). Some folks claim smoother idle, but I have not noticed a change in sound or feeling. No noticeable buildup in exhaust piping or spark plugs. All of our equipment had been run on straight gas before so I can not say if 2-stroke oil had decelerated wear at all only speculation at this point.
Once a year I do run a bit of Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner through all of our power equipment just to keep things clean. But I think the real reason for me doing that is that it gives me a reason to be out in the garage :p

I always have at least 1 type of cleaner in the tank each time.
What really stinks, is that probably the converter died... Maybe. I can't really tell.
