I thought it was odd this car has black "Steelie" style rear rims.. are they all like this? All the other cars I have seen have cragar/ss style rear rims...

No error. Simply replicating an authentic look of many Sixties style racers that could be driven to the track and the street wheels swapped out for steel wheels with slicks on them. Look in any book about early muscle car drag racing and you'll see pictures of cars with steelies on back and mags or other wheels on the front.

Must be why those crazy kids now days put 'um on the front of their Honda :D

nice historical detail specced by sean taylor, (who laid out the paint schemes and themes for most of the first 4 waves of the relaunch). glad to see it made it's way through all the corporate decision making which tends to squelch neat little idiosycrasies. (sp?)
