View Full Version : Futaba Repair dangerousdave 12-19-2007, 04:17 PM I droped my 3pk radio and the bottom 1/3rd of the display quit. I sent the radio back for repair on Dec 12th, I was e mailed on the 13th with a cost of the repairs, and today Dec 19th I have my radio back in working order. All I can say is that is service and at a fair price, Thank you Futaba Service Center!!!... Only took 10 days from my house to them and back. I thought the turn around was ptetty good. Seeing it takes about 3 to 4 days to ship to Cali. No. 1 in our book. Does anyone know if you if you can get the plug on the front of a 3PK under the spot where you plug in the charger. Somewhere we lost the one in Cody's radio. Id call futaba service on that one...Ive bought some OBSCURE parts from them for my radios...Stuff that they do not have part numbers for in the catalog...I assume your talking about the one that blocks the place where the memory module goes??Or the rubber plug that covers the charger jack.?
