I am considering selling my MCG Stock & Custom R1 Custom 429 BOSS GM on epay.
I lost my job recently or I wouldn't sell it, it's one of 2 GMs I've ever found (both the exact same car, found on the same peg in a Phoenix TRU when they 1st hit), the other I RAOK'd to someone.

What is this car worth? I cannot locate a price guide and an epay seach didn't help.
I need a value to determine a starting bid and BIN price.
Car is mint on mint card, I cannot see the #.

Any help is appreciated.
John

Hi John. I think that car is fairly desirable. It is 1 of only 70 made. I had a friend who recently sold one and if I remember correctly he sold it for around $225. I know there are guys on here that can give you a more help. Have you checked the GL websight to ask them?

Seeme like I saw one of these in another thread...either here in the GM section or in the trade section. I think it had a pice along with it, but I can't remember for sure.

I'd go look for it again, but I'd be here all night with this dial-up :drunk:

Scott Moen offered a stock Boss 429 at $135 and it went immeadiately and caused a lot of hard feelings and apparenty ended a friendship.
Not interested in causing bad feelings on the board or anywhere else for that matter.

I think the last one I seen on the bay went for this price.

I would say easily over $200 in an open market auction

Any time! I'm not surprised in the least bit, thats a highly sought after car by any GM collector, not to mention a Mustang GM guy, almost anyone will pay top dollar for a rare care for their collection.

My guess is that Cool purchased that GM for $265. I think Cool has
his computer wirelessly connected to his brain so that any new post is uploaded to his cerebral cortex immediatley. This way he can become aware of new trade/sell posts , from all diecast sites at all times, even when sleeping. This is just a theory. My two cents. Congrats to you Cool if you were the buyer. Now please post some pics of that sweet GM collection :)

If something like that ended a friendship, it wasn't mush of a friendship to begin with.
