I quess my question is mostly asked towards BRL but any other ORG that has rules can chime in also,

I am looking to make a leap to brushless So i went out and bought a 10.5, now here are a quick few questions

1. I noticed the hole thing about inductance meter readings, so is that really the rule, as long as it is in a certain reading (and the rotor is legal) that will make the motor legal?

2. What are the exact rules on rotor's?

3. Speedo question. I see the list of Legal speedo's, So as long as it is on that list it is legal?

Thanks
Adrian

1. As long as it is a Novak 10.5 motor it is legal. The inductance is a way to verify that it is a 10.5 motor.

2. The 13mm rotor is illegal.

3. Yes.

If you go the BRL area and read the rules you can see the part numbers of exactly what is legal. If the rules don't say it is legal then assume it is not legal.

It's pretty simple if you just bought a pro 10.5 and you have a Novak or LRP speedo then you've got exactly what you need.
