It is not often today when you get great costumer service and when you do, one needs to let people know. Often we racers and the public in general are quick to criticize products and services we feel have not met our expectations. Then when you get that great costumer service it goes unmentioned.

I was having trouble with my Spektrum system. Some of the problem I had caused myself. After contacting Horizon Repair Service ( I even got to talk to real people), I was asked to send the equipment in for repair. At that time I also sent in my two receivers for checking, tunning and the broken transmitter module.

The product was shipped on 12/7/07. In less than a week, 12/15/07 the transmitter module was repaired and returned with two new and upgraded receivers. All of this with no charge.

Thank you very much Horizon Repair Service for service much above and beyond what I was expecting.

PS. I have been waiting for five days to just get a repair quote on my big screen televison. Seems the manufacture is not returning cost on repair parts.
