Hey guys, It's that time again, The USOWC's are over and Da'Birds are right around the corner.
To answer a big question right up front. Just like lastyear, The class is limited to Custom Works GBX Enforcers only.
Heres the flyer, http://www.snowbirdnationals.com/snow2008/sprints.jpg (http://www.snowbirdnationals.com/snow2008/sprints.jpg) Big news this year is the class will be run with 4 cells and Novak brushless 10.5 motors, Should be faster than lastyear even with the cell reduction. Remeber less cells is less weight,
Before you say what? Look at the flyer, Novak will be there to help those that need it and there will be a limited number of LOANER esc/motor systems available.
Come on, Break off two cells from those killer race packs you already own, Pack your bags and head off to sunny Florida for a week of fun and racing.
I usually do not make predictions but in this case I'll say that there is no chance that there will be 6 inches of ice covering the ground like there is right now in some parts of the midwest. Come on down cause just incase I'm wrong, I'll buy everyone in the Sprintcar class a beer.
Spec tires and no motor worries? Count me in
