I bought a so called "MINT" Aurora 1/32 wheelie trike for 200 bucks with buy it now... The seller has a 99.7% feedback, so I thought I was going to get what I paid for. Well, it came today... and it was broken in 3 places. The box wasn't damaged so I don't see how the seller can blame it shipping.

I won't post the seller's name until he responds, but anything less than a 100% refund, shipping included, won't do. It's getting the point where I'm afraid to spend any real money on cars from ebay. I'm so disspointed and pissed I want to scream! I was really looking forward to adding this peice to my collection.

Here's the funnt thing, if the seller was honest and sold it for half, he still would have gotten my bid. The parts that are broken can be glued, but we all know what glued chrome looks like... small black creases at the break points.
Sure, I can get this item to look decent, but I paid for MINT... and that's what I expected.

It is rare indeed when I spend more than $60 for anything on ebay. I figure if I get what I want for $60 or less I did good If it wasn't what it was cracked up to be I'm not out all that much. But it has to be something I REALLY want or from aseller I trust before I spend that much.

EDIT: If it says "Mint" or worse yet, "minty" I ain't bidding on it.

So you haven't even given the seller an opportunity to respond and you are already complaining? Aren't you the same person that drug Bruce Gavins through the mud because he didn't refund your money while in the hospital recovering from serious health issues?
