Although I love Kyosho's detail, one of the things I miss in their 1/64 mini-car collections are license plates. Especially from the rear, cars look somehow incomplete without them. So I decided to make some custom ones. They require some patience especially when cutting them, because they're so small. There is still a huge room for improvement but I hope you like them. :p

You're right - they add a lot. And they look great - I can't really tell they're homemade.

I share your thinking. The only 64's I have that came with plates are the Dydo Ferrari's (if you can call that a plate) and some Ertl American Muscle's. Your characters look very sharp and crisp. Someday you'll have to share your technique. I don't know if it's my image reduction software or my printer but I can't get them to turn out. It does make a world of difference in the cars presentation. Thanks for sharing your work.

Nice job they do improve the looks
