I'm looking for who makes the diff ring sanding tool for sanding down diff rings. I thought it was Niftech and I also checked IRS's web sites and could not find it in either. Thanx!

You can also use an old axle with the right side cut off

Thanx; Just ordered it thru Windtunnel. Kinda sucks you have to "modify" it when using Dave's "d" rings thou........ But saving my fingers in the long run is worth it..........
I just use a short d-ring hub.

The P/N for the IRS diff ring sanding tool is IRS509. The reason they are not cut for the d-rings is they where manufactured before I designed the D-Ring. When we make new sanding tools the flat will be added.

Wouldn't it be easy to remove material to allow the use of D-rings? A dremel is a wonderful thing. ;)
