Dirt isn't really my thing. I got started in 1982 in 12th on-road out west and did that up until I moved out here in 93'. Oval wasn't really my thing either, but thats all there was around here. But I might still give dirt a try. will they have a brushless class?? I'm done with brushed motors... I have a customworks sprinter I need to use. But I would much rather do the on-road thing if I had a choice.

Cool!! lets see how many can give us a firm commit. if we get lets say 8 or more, start looking for affordable race management software. I have a laptop to load it on. and a good portable barrier & turn pylon set. we want to make sure that we don't overlap with any of the other events in the area. we can pick several places to hold the races on rotation, and do the same with track configuration.

We can hammer out the details IF we have enough peeps. :woohoo:

This looks like an barrier awesome set: http://www.teamcrc.com/crc/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=12

And this one seems more versatile: http://www.roaddome.com/
Maybe we could find a used one??

What day are you planning on racing?

dunno yet, thats 5 peeps interested so far, we'll take a vote I guess. if we do it early wee hours Sunday morning like 8-9am, that may be least invasive?? try and beat the heat in the summer. I could get a canopy for drivers to stand under. batteries won't make a big diff if we charge the day before and peak at the track, road course is almost all driver, that will make it pass fast. I want to have time to do some of the Seaford races too. I think I'm gonna get a Schumacher Mi3 and run caps.....or foams..... how does 13.5 brushless sit with those interested??
