Welcome to the new world.

I know that it is tough to let go of the brushes $$$$

But this is the second year on the same brushless motor (got at new rotor at the finals thanks NOVACK)

I always had good horsepower with the brush motors, but learning the chassis setups has been most benefiicial. A lot more speed in chassis than motor.

As long as the Brushless organisations keep the motor rules the same from season to season, there shouldnt be any worries.. I dont see it being a problem if we have until the next season to get a new motor if it is faster.. The bomb drops mid season, that send everyone scrambling for the new faster things is what kills the hobby.. thats what i like about the BRL..Tracks also need to d there part to keep things even as far as technology, to keep everyone happy.. No everyone has the budget to drop on the new thing every two months..

BTW trinity isnt the only one out there with 10.5 anf 13.5 motors.. I belive Speed passion, and Orion share them as well.. I was told tey are faster then the novak ones.

We also need manufacturers to try to keep all otors comparable i speed.. I know sales are increased when one says mine is faster then theres.. But for the keeping people happy side of it things should be equal..
