The 2007 SWTour Series will finish up next weekend at the infamous Encino Velodrome in Sunny Southern California.
Three of the 4 classes for the year have already been decided.
STOCK CHAMPION - Buck Van Patten
10.5 BRUSHLESS CHAMPION - Scot Petitclerc (Back to Back season champion)
MODIFIED CHAMPION - Richard Tompkins
Yet to be decided is one of the most FUN classes we run - NASTRUCK
The NASTRUCK class also runs 10.5 brushless, but is limited to 3800 batteries, and was designed as a class where guys could use up their old chassis and batteries. These guys have been having a blast all year long, and it's going to come down to the final event to decide the champion.
Brad Muther goes into the event with just a ONE point lead over Bryan Myers. Myers, who has the most TQ's of any class this year with 4, is hoping to make it 5 and will be trying to regain the TRACK RECORD which was set at the last event on the 'drome by the 3rd place truck of John Miles.
Miles is only TWO points behind Myers for the 2nd spot, and just 3 points from the point lead....both of these drivers will be gunning for Muther next Saturday, along with the rest of the field who are just looking for a Victory in '07.
Here is a video from one of the best VELO races in '07. This is the 10.5 Brushless "A" Main from our two day event in July. The winner of this race would become qualified for our **Allstar-Shootout**

The results from this race had most of the field finishing on the lead lap in what was an awesome race.
