I found this picture on a Japanese blog. Don't have much info, I think they are supposed to be on sale soon. Some great rare cars, no doubt about that.

Thanks SB77, those look great.
Always loved Oscas - I hope they're gonna be available somehow.
Any idea what kind of car the red one is?

Man, those are all beautiful. I hope they won't be too hard to get. Thanks for the pic, Superbird77.

Lummox, my guess for the red one is that it's an Alfa Romeo Disco Volante. I hope that the black one is a Maserati, but it looks like it might say "AC" on the base... time will tell!

Oh well, I couldn't find a Disco Volante pic that looked exactly like that one, but there are supposedly some variations. I hope that is what the model is, because I think they are so cool, with such a great name.

But in my searches I found this, which I thought you might enjoy, Lummox:

Is it a merging of the two cars that I think it is, or is it a completely original body made to look like the most famous American car of the '60s?

It was posted in this interesting "Mystery Car" thread, which is also very frustrating because I can't even tell which language they are writing in. I couldn't get Altavista Babelfish to translate any of the words.

Maybe you can help out here, Superbird77; do you know which language these posts are in?

Anyway, the pics of all of the Mystery Cars are very intriguing to me. I love seeing photos of cars I never knew existed.

And I'm looking forward to buying those models if I can. Please let us know if you get any more info on them, Superbird77. Maybe they are future Schuco/Hongwell/Hi-Speed/Malibu releases (I hope).

Looks like a nice set that I wouldn't mind having. Good job scouting it out. Maybe Henri can run something down on these.

Bluntfronts: That page is in Serbian language, which is very similar to ours. Thanks for the link, cool read! Edit: I just realized that there is a user 'Superbird' on above forum, and he posted an image of Disco Volante. Now that's a coincidence.

Car seems to be FNM Onca, made in Brasilia. Some more info on this link:

Great looking car btw!

And I think this is the Volante that is included in above set. I guess it is very similar to Bertone Bat concepts, I'm sure they are somehow connected.
Sorry for the large pic. It is a beauty! I'll let you know if I find something more about above models.

Thank you for info on the language, and especially thanks for the link to the site about the FNM Onca. That is wild!

I'm really looking forward to getting that wonderful Alfa, plus the others in the set. And what a coincidence about the other Superbird user; I didn't even see it until you pointed it out. I was looking too hard at those pics of the cars, I guess!

Bluntfronts - That mystery car is nuts!
The hub caps remind me of a Lancia. Hope we can find out more.

And yes, the Alfa looks exactly like a Disco Volante in fixed-head form.
Looks like it has a badge from Superleggera(sp???) coach works.
Thak you for the AWESOME images!!!!!!!!

Hey Lummox - click on the "ponysite.de" link in Superbird77's post and scroll down a bit for some info. Then click on the "this site" link on that page and scroll down a bit for a classic car show pic of a white Onca & friends. Enjoy!

More info on the models: I found this link posted on anther site. Apparently these models are made by "yow modellini".

You have to scroll down through a bunch of food pictures to get to the cars. mmmm, tasty.

WOW! You did a great job hunting them down. There really is a lot of food above them. :p

Here are some pics for lazy ones:

This guy eats a lot and makes a lot of car models. Man, it seems like every single obscure/exotic/concept car is made in small scale. I think these are in 1/43 scale, but definitely worth a look. Just click on a category and then on a car picture. Some amazing details follow:

And here is just a random day of model-car-making (and of course some food again :p ):

This is just incredible...where is that 'drool' icon again? Thanks BluntFronts for the link, I think I could spend all night watching these...

You're welcome, but it's Jeff Koch that actually tracked them down and posted the link on the other board. I just passed it on to the HT world. I didn't have a chance to explore the site yesterday, but I will tonight. What I've seen so far looks amazing.
