Well, I am an avid collector and I have a ton of White Lightnings, but up until last week, I have never seen a Greenie in the wild. Well, I recently was told about this little place that is well hidden and apparently un-traveled by greenlight collectors. I almost crapped my pants when the cuda was first on a hook. I started sweating and my heart started racing. Then after about 2 minutes of searching the pegs came the mustang. Then last came the vette with a beautiful 003 on the bottom. $5 each.

[SIZE=4]I found a corvette daytona 500 pace car just like the one you have posted. It has green rim,s and a green base, #051. I don,t know much about this brand of diecast but after seeing your post i am sure now that it is a green machine. :woohoo: radams801@bellsouth.net

i too just had a lucky streak yesterday and my first one at that. i went to do some christmas shopping and stopped off at one store and saw that they had greenlights. i noticed there wasn't too many on the peg so i didn't get my hopes up. i looked through them and found a green machine camaro from MCG3. this was the first green machine i ever found in the wild and i was very excited. after i left there, we stopped off at another store. i noticed a bunch of the new corvette release hanging and what did i see? a green machine ZO6 second one in from the peg. there were cars missing from this release as well but most were there.

i had about given up in the hopes of finding a green in the wild. i have hunted for them very often and over a wide span of stores that carry greenlight but never had any luck as i was almost always too late as someone had already been there before me or none ended up in the case. i am very astonished that i managed to find my first and second all in the same day not even to mention within minutes of each other. i really like them both but wouldn't mind having a 442 greenie in place of the vette. :)

Wish it would rain green around here, we just get rain. :D
