Well over a month ago now, I sold him my brand new TMaxx 3.3 He paypal'd me 2/3 the amt. and I allowed him to pay the rest within one week's time. We both agreed and were fine with that.
Well, a week passes and he belly-aches about having to pay the rest of the amt in cash, so I concede and allow partial trades and cash. I agreed to get a painted Revo body from him, and a Techno wing mount kit from him, and he will mail me the rest in a Money Order.
Nearly ANOTHER week passes before he was able to get the Revo parts out, and he failed to provide any form of documentation, proving that he has shipped the items out to me. This was 2 weeks ago, to date.
I have given Robert Fischetti MORE than enough time to come up with the $$$ he needs to pay off the TMaxx, since he has since SOLD it locally, and now has plenty of $$$ available to pay me off. I have since been in contact with Robert regarding the matter, as well as another un-resolved matter he has with another member here. His attitude towards it has been nothing short of lazy, and has even justified with himself as to why he doesn't need to put any priority on those he's ripped off.
I have already made it clear that I will persue a Paypal claim to his acct ( fischetti11358@yahoo.com )

A little "bonus" is that the local Prosecuting Attorney's office owes me a little favor. So, this coming Monday, I will have our County Prosecutor Mark Mulligan contact his local Flushing Police Dept. @ (718) 321-2250 and proceed with getting in contact with Mr. Fischetti regarding criminal misdemeanor charges.
