ScottH 11-29-2007, 01:08 AM I know that they used to race boats at Brahn Springs Park in Huntsville. Come to think if it, that is what got me into R/C. I could hear them from my apartment and went to see what was making all that noise. Asked where they got them and they directed my to R/C's in Huntsville. The rest is history. Jim Duffle ScottH 12-02-2007, 10:45 PM Never did the boats. I did not have a way to retrieve a dead one. So I got into cars instead. Look at us now! 22Dasher 12-15-2007, 02:46 PM They still race boats at Brahm Springs they have a spring and fall race every yr you can look up Music City Buoy Dodgers on the IMPBA website and get dates Thay also have time trials there as well/ you can also ask on International waters website for dates. James Mr. Obvious 03-18-2008, 10:07 AM You can check the IMPBA website at www.impba.net or the forum site mentioned above at www.intlwaters.com . Huntsville holds 2 record trials events a year but I don't know if they use that site for races. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
