Do you have the screws loose or tight that go threw the cross braces of the chassis? I'm not sure if your running a flat track, BUT on a banked track you wont them loose just a bit to allow the chassis a bit of flex. It's a easy thing to try to see if it helps.

glue the outer edge of r/f tire
dont use tire prep on r/f
clean tires in between runs with a quality cleaner like muddslide tire prep
if you havent already bend r/f kinpin or axle to allow for some camber(be careful)
replace front springs (may be wore out)

is your chassis tweeked too much?
are you running spec motor and battery?

I don't make any changes other than tires. Running a flat ozite carpet oval. Blue left rear, Green right rear, Green left front, and Orange right front. Dope rear tires completely, dope left front on outside (left side of tire) only, dope right front on inside (left side of tire) only.

We run Spec motors, 4 cell Spec batts, and any spec tire. I use BSR most of the time. The orange right front is a Trinity. Servo is mounted under chassis plate as well as battery.

Is your batt. mounted to the left side? If not put it in the car move it to the left and cut some foam to take up the extra space and servo tape the foam to the chassis. this will keep your batt. on the left and not let it move.

One question for the tires. How much stagger in millimeters do you run for a flat and banked track?
