Yes, I have the same car Lummox. I found it at TRU about 18 months ago. They were six different cars on the shelf, but I only bought the Goldfinger Rolls-Royce. I never saw one again. Nice car at a nice price. The figure that comes with the car is Odd Job from the movie "Goldfinger". I posted a thread with the car awhile back

No. Of course in the movie it didn't have any special features that I recall. It was just a normal Roller.
