bobhch 11-23-2007, 02:50 AM Hey it is over now...oh dang! Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.
I so cheated on my diet Mmmmmmm, mmmmmmmmm, good! Gobble, Gobble baby!
It has been over 3 months since I have had my favorite snack...Reces Peanut Butter Cups. Dang that was good!! I have pretty much reached the weight I wanted to loose. 33 lbls and was......196 lbs. Turkey Day morning. That is pretty good as I am 6' 3" tall.
Now to maintain my weight...that is going to be done by eating good foods like I have been...apples, SunChips, Frosted Mini Wheats...etc. My body feels better eating healthier foods also...I feel energetic and sorta young again. lol
Bob...eats Turkey, potatoes, and pie...zilla
