I now have 4 1:43 scale cars thanks to this board. I have never owned a piece in this scale until this board started up. But after seeing the wonderful peices out there, I started gaining interest.

What I enjoy most is this seems to be the scale of road racing, one of my very favorite forms of motorsports. So All 4 so far happen to be race replicas!

Picked this one up for $10 the other day at a small shop. The winning ride from the GTS class of the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona (IMSA, Grand-Am racing). This was the Pilgrim, Collins, Earnhardt, and Earnhardt Jr. ride for that race by Action. Don't care for the dirty look on this one, it just looks to "painted", but for $10.......

Dirt actually looks quite good, at least in the picture. It seems that the hood opens, show us some engine pics!

The 'Vette, looks good Ward.

Of course you are now on a very slippery slope - the C5R & C6R come in a multitude of variations - and don't forget all those Viper & Panoz models!

You'll have a whole grid before you know it :)
