Ok, since there are NO aftermarket shock towers for my Raven BX, iam gonna have to build my own! Iam wanting to convert it into a Dirt Oval EDM, and i already cut the left side tub out for a pan car type battery tray. I used 3mm carbon fiber sheet for the battery tray and cut it out with a 3in. cutoff saw. But for the shock towers, iam confused??? What is the optimal thickness for the towers and could i cut it out with a 3in. cutoff saw, and then use a dremel to shape it perfect??? How do the RC car buildesr cut their carbon fiber parts???
