They have the flat hood on the police cars.... just put it on the SRT8 Superbee casting with the spoiler, and we got us a DAYTONA CHARGER!!!!

Actually, the police Chargers have the normal front end found on the Charger R/T's & Daytonas. Just compare underneath the grilles on both the SRT-8 and the police versions and you could see the difference. I would add my 2 cents in for a Go Mango version myself.

While I would like to see the Charger Daytonas myself, it wouldn't be as simple as throwing the non-scooped hood from the police car onto the SRT8 body. The Charger Daytona has a different lower front facia for starters. I'm not 100% sure about this next statement but I do believe that the rockers and rear facia are slightly different as well.

With GreenLights meticulous attention to the casting detail, I doubt that they would let a Charger SRT8 body with a "stock" hood pass for a Charger Daytona.

Note the additional openings beside the fog lights and the non-slotted opening between the fog lights on the SRT8.

My father has the Charger SRT8 and my friend has a Top Banana Yellow Charger Daytona. I should probably get them together to see what other differences there are in terms of exterior styling.

I want to see the 1969 Charger Daytona made by Greenlight. :thumbsup:

I don't mind about the fascia... just slap some daytona decals on that bad boy... and I'll be happy enough...

I also wouldnt mind that minor differance in the lower front bumper . I would love to see more Super Bee & Daytona versions of '06 - '08 Chargers ..

Id vote for a daytona "CHARGER" meaning pre 80s, but not the wanna be 06 charger
