Picked up this nifty package at Tuesday Morning for a mere three bucks. It features a clear plastic cover, plastic base with a separate mirror back, electonic clock, a very nice 1/32 model of the Merecedes 300 SLR with driver and occupant. By pushing the red button to start the engine and the accelerator button to wind out the gears, the beautiful sounds of the Mercedes engine can be heard. Let off on the accelerator and it down shifts. So cool!!!

From what I've read about the actual slot car model which this is, it doesn't perform all that well as it has a huge tendency to fishtail and flip over very easily!!!
