I am trying out a new way to take photos of diecast. I used to hold one up in my hand, while in the kitchen under the fluorescent light, and snap a pic from a few inches away. The other day, while on RLOL, I had gotten some info on how to make a very inexpensive but effective photobooth. Here are the results. The 1st pic is done my old way and the second is down with my new photobooth. What do you think ? Which one do you think looks better, No.1 or No.2. Thanks for your input, Jon

I put a thread in the JL forum about making this photobooth as I'd had several PM's and some emails asking how I did it. Very simple and easy to make and got everything from wal-mart. Total cost was about $ 12 - 15.

Lookin good Jon!! I've never had anyluck holding the car in one hand while shooting w/ the camera in the other. One more lil pointer is to dust the cars off before you shoot da pic since the camera will pick up every little piece of dust.
