Questions for those in the know:

1) Does any one remember the 'Super Chevy Show' dragster line that MM did a couple of years ago in 1/64?

These are the cars that had opening doors, and removable engine cover with very decent detail.

2) Is there a chance they (MM) may be doing something like this again?

3) Were these original MM castings or were they bought from someone else and simply repackaged with the MM brand, as was the case with the Tamiya JGTC castings with the Japanese street racers?

1. Yes, I have them all.

2. Your guess is as good as anybody else's. They haven't said.

3. Castings original to MM AFAIK.

I think I am missing two of them, but they are Super Sweet. I wish they would do another series.

highly unlikely these days.
if it was going to occur it would be more likely under one of MAs other brandnames.
muscle tuners, monster trucks etc. are viewed as diluting the MM brandname and its likely to be applied only to the originals under MA management.
