Hey everyone i have a nother battery blow up story for you. This just happened out of my stupidity.
About a mounth ago my friends and i where headed to Pete Russells hobby shop in Elkhart Indiana for a race on a Sunday morning. We where in our friends new 2003 Dale Earnhardt EDI Monte Carol. When all of the sudden smoke just started to poor out the back end of the car. We stopped the car opened the trunk and all my pit bag and my friends RC car was on fire he had a RC10L4 with a brand new 4300 brushless system in it dident even have one run on it. Well luckly it dident get to the Electronics. It just got his brand new Dale Earnhardt Sr. Body painted by Franksbodies payed almost $100.00 for the body and never got to run it. It wasent long before we found out what had happened. 2 new IB4200 batteries i had bought just 1 day before the race had blown up. I had just got them broke in and charged. Luckly there was nothing wrong with the car it just smelt like Sh** all day. I was also out a Turbo 35 and 2 new batteries plus a good body and a brand new can of Tire compond.
Later that week i contacted Intellect and told them what had happened and got refunded my money. At least the service was good and we all dident die.
