After more than 25 years my Badger 200 NH has finally let me down. It started a few weeks ago, air still flowed smoothly but paint was coming in spurts. Now the paint isn't flowing at all. It just blows bubbles in the jar. And I had just gotten motivated again to do some painting.

I've been through it a dozen times now. Cleaned everything. Even soaked the nozzle assy. overnight to be sure. Thried a brand new siphon cap. No go. I spent $180 on a compressor thinking it was just the canned air. It won't even spray thinner.

I'll call Badger tomorrow and see what they say.

Ok, according to Badger the nozzle threads are prob'ly worn, from taking it apart to clean it over the last 25+ years, and it's allowing air to bleed back down the siphon. New parts ordered and in the meantime I bought a Pasche starter kit for 20 bucks until the new parts get here.

I can tell you already after using it for only four colors I don't like this thing at ALL. Nothing will stay tight on it except the bottle and it stays so tight I need a wrench to get it back out. Like my grandpappy always used to say, How much did you pay for it? Then you got about twenty bucks worth."

That looks like a nice and shinney Badger brush...Lucky! Have fun with your new dual action sprayer man.
