get your'e winter racing fix indoors at birdsboro's polished concrete oval. on friday nights the doors open at 5:30 for pratice and racing starts at 7:30. entry fee is $8.00 a class and $4.00 each additional class. we run stock edm, stock truck, and novice. we can run other classes but need at least 3 cars to run.
the track is located inside the south birdsboro archery rod and gun club. here is the address so you can mapquest directions; 470 Geigertown Rd Birdsboro, PA 19508
we run on the indoor archery range's floor, plenty of racing room for a bullring. the track is a polished concrete oval with latex paint on it. the drive line is about 124' with 10' lanes and a 10' infeild. we rubber tires, schumacher stagger rib slim yellow compound on all 4's for edm and schumacher mini spike blue compound on all 4's for truck. tires are available at the track along with the rear wheels needed for the rear of edm's.
come on out for a fun night of racing or come and just hang out and watch the action. here is some photo's of the track if you have never been there. the pics are a little old but the track hasn't changed.
here are some links for my cars so you can check out the unique tires;

I see by your links that you have a 2.25 term .....If your interested I have one with a load of N.O.S parts that I'm looking to sell. Either PM me through here or email me at Twotrack43@aol.com. I know this should be on the swap and sell area but seeing as you have the same car I figured I'de post this here. If your not to far from me I'll have to come check out the action at your track one weekend.

After checking RandMcNally it looks like your not all that far from Maple Grove dragway. Looks like a trip up to check things out. To bad my term has no electronics.

yeah minipins and staggered rib tires on concrete who'da thought. for some reason schumacher tires are the only thing that works on this track. believe me some guys have spent seirous money over the years on tires only to try them a few times and throw them in a box.
i dont know what it is about schumachers but in the uk where they are made they race primairly on polished concrete and wood floors and these are what they use. schumacher was going to stop making the staggared rib yellows a few years ago so we sent them a petition with like 35 names on it and they agreed to continue making them. they say we are the only place that still uses them.
since we rent the space the gun club frowns on us using silicone capped tires because the fine silicone dust marbles make the floor slippery for some reason, but thoes tires are better than schumachers when they ran them.
schumacher even makes a mini pin touring car tire that woorks too so we could run touring cars if we had enough for a class.

we had a group of 3 losi sliders run last night. thoes things are cool,by the end of the night they were flying and turning laps close to the trucks class. cool racing and realisitc flipping and crashing, they even had the tires howling, cool!

that looks like dale hartzel in the first picture. we had a lot of fun racing trucks a couple years ago. it used to be our biggest class.
