Fred Knapp 12-03-2009, 08:31 AM Had an awesome time hanging out with the stadium guys tonight. Quite a large turnout for the holiday weekend. Thanks to Mr. Clean for selling me the extra MF2 transmission. Now I just have to find the box the tires are stored away in and there will be another added to the list for a stadium regular.
I'm glad everone had a great time. I ask Andy to set in for me because I knew he has what it takes to run a great program. Thanks again.
Fred Knapp 12-05-2009, 11:07 PM Thanks to all our regular truck racers that made it out tonight. It's always a good time. How about the new lane divider system? The layout seems to be alot faster with alot less carnage.
Leonard 12-06-2009, 07:15 PM Liked it alot !
Fred, thanks for another fun night of racing! The new lane divider system is great! It is amazing how the white lines and flat corner sheets really trick your eyes into thinking that there are still plastic dividers there. It seemed to require fewer marshaling episodes each race and Kendall didn't seem to brake as many parts as usual. LOL
Greg
dhauch 12-08-2009, 01:44 PM Fred, I sent you a PM.

Fred Knapp 12-08-2009, 03:12 PM Back at ya Dave.
"Frank Ulbrik" 12-08-2009, 03:26 PM Which days do you guys run onroad? hows the 1/12th turnouts been?
Fred Knapp 12-08-2009, 03:29 PM Frank,
We race on-road on Saturday's, doors open a 9:00am racing at 12:00
This season seems to be mostly 1/12 and VTA. 1/12 being the larger group.
Fred, the wife and I were in Rogers Plaza on Sunday and she wanted to take a peek at the track so we stopped to have a look. Standing there I noticed that you do not have a sheet posted listing times the track is open or what kinds of racing goes on there. As a suggestion have you thought about posting track information or possibly some digital pictures printed to display all the fun times that go on at the track? Just an idea..........
Anyway, It doesn't look like I will be racing Sat night as I have a X-Mas party to attend that evening, but I plan on being back next week racing!
Greg
Fred Knapp 12-10-2009, 12:03 PM Good thought Greg,
I'll type a schedule out while I'm at the track and post it in a window.
Fred Knapp 12-11-2009, 08:30 AM Just wanted to throw out some get well wishes for scrmngchkn (Paulie Padilla). He had an auto accident, hitting a tree last night. He says his leg took the worst of it, he will be in the hospital for about a week. Visitors are welcome.
Hey Fred, any updates on Paul (scrmngchkn) since the accident? I hope he is doing well.:)
Also, who ruled the track last Sat. night in the 13.5 truck rubber tire class?
Greg
John Warner 12-14-2009, 07:51 PM Taz and Kendall were going at it for the first 3 minutes, then Kendall had a parts failure.
Tom T. was having problems with a bad camshaft and fell back a few spots.
I'm thinking the finishing order was
Taz
Todd
Tom
Kendall
??

It wouldn't be a night of stadium racing w/o Kendall having a parts problem!
Thanks for the rundown John, ................ but that was the Foam tire class. :p Any info on the Rubber tire racers?
John Warner 12-14-2009, 09:57 PM Uhhhh..... Sorry, I watched it but that's about all. (I was yacking, as usual!)

Wishing you a quick recovery Paulie! As soon as you can, drag your gimp ass down to the track and we will do the rest. Take care brother.

Most are running a Novak 13.5 motor and lipo batteries. SMC is a good choice.
Welcome to west Michigan, looking forward to seeing you at the track.
When is this track open? I am new to this message board and can't find info like this.

Man I thought you guys were holding out on me and had a SC class. :)

Actually they did run some SC trucks last year as I saw a video of it posted here on Hobby Talk from Bad Andy I believe. If some SC trucks show up I think Fred might let them run on Stadium Night.

Yeah, it was pretty kewl. With Fred's new borders, it should be more forgiving. Hopefully I'll have mine out there to run in a couple of weeks.
