What is up with that Custom 67 Mustang's paint job? Bet that one's gonna make an interesting GM!

Ya the blue one is sweet, but was wondering what the heck the deal was with that blue/white. The red '68 Mustang is my fav of the set. Great looking ride.

California Special looks nice. I actually like the custom version better than the stock which is a rareity for me.

Totally - it don't look right at all. The blue color stops before both ends of the vehicle. So weird!
Plus the over-sized wheels on it
and the green one would cause me to pass.

I'm in agreement that the graphics on the Blue/white 67 aren't very appealing. They are true to what I have seen IRL. That doesn't mean I want a diecast like it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I'm sure some will like that one. I'm not a fan of that light green on the 68 coupe but it is factory. They wheels are what might be put on by a current owner. My son would choose it over the red/white one, which I think is a beauty and a must have. I like them stock so the Yellow Road Runner, ther red/white 68 coupe and the blue 67 Fastback are on my radar.

The new Camaro holds no interest for me. Neither does the new Challenger but that's just me. They needed to be made and GL has done a fine job with them. The car is just not my cup 'o tea.

I like the cop car Chargers. They were meant for that job. Another nice 63 300 (the blue one for me, thanks! )

That 68 RR is perfect. There are are couple die-cast cars that I'm not big fans of in 1:1 that just look outstanding to me in scale. The JL Dart was one of those and for GL this RR is it. That rim and tire combo on that car is just stellar.

BIG thumbs up.

I'm not a fan of that light green on the 68 coupe but it is factory.

I like the color when it has gold pinstripping added. There is a Mustang club locally were all the members have newer Mustangs painted with that green color.

The yellow Road Runner does look pretty good.
Possibly the best one off the bunch for my tastes.
And that casting is just barely big enough to handle those infamous wide GL tires.
To me the casting I have the most problem with those tires being on is the '68 Mustang.

I got the two I wanted yesterday, the stock '68 Mustang California Special and the stock '67 Mustang GT. A big kudos to Greenlight for doing the California Special in this scale, both the '68 and '07 versions. They are done very well with good accuracy. My only niggle is the size of the wheels on the older Mustangs. They are a bit out of proportion.... Like I always say, the wheels and tires make up half the looks of the car.

Oh yeah....Greenlight, please do a stock '07 GT/CS convertible in VISTA BLUE....

Many thanks

Found the RR's at Target today. Great cars. I was going to get the red mustang but the red color just seemed a little off.

I noticed that too about that red - but taken outside away from the fluorescent
lighting of the store, you should be surprised at the difference.
