It's 1/64th? I though all the resin ones were up-scaled versions of future 1/64s.

They start by making a 3 to 1 models. About the size of a 1:24 model kit. Then they make 1 to 1 size models. They can use those for design review or paint some up in the design they may want to use. After a model has been in production for a while they use actual casting to paint up as prepros.
