Ditto on the great program at Triclone -- Dave works awfully hard to make sure every racer is taken care of. You won't find a better place to race anywhere !

And he whips up a KILLER omelette !! Thanks Dave !

Thanks to Jason Hack for the fireworks display... I thought they were called M-80's, not IB-80's LOL

Another great day of racing, Mike Hartman won LateModel, Eche won Sliders, with Dennis Wachs and Greg Tennies (who is now taller than his Dad) having good runs. Corey TQ'd and Jr won 13.5 on his 1st day in the car. Danny White was up there as were Lloyd Davis, Grayfart, & Scott Davidson. Showtyme earned his name. Maybe they should change it to WrongTyme. Jeff Fritsche won the B and had his car working well along with ken Lupi who just built his car also.
Jr TQ'd 10.5 with a blistering 77 4:00 in some close competition with Paul Schwambeck, that's right that Paul Schwambeck, he's like you Danny, he ain't forgot to much either! Jason Hack won in a great back and forth battle with Schwambeck.
Thanks to all the guys who came, that includes the Steiner Bros.
A Special Thanks to Dave Jansen, Lloyd, Hilpert and Dennis for running a good, smooth show. Happy Birfday Grif and we all thank you for the cake and ice cream. Oh by the way Teddy was a good boy yestersday, whats up with that??

All the mains were extremely eventful if you know what I mean!! Mike Kelm from St Charles, MIZZOU has a 55 gallon drum of body cleaner he bought for Vinton. If any of you guys need some, you can contact him in Vinton. Just look for the guy washing black and silver paint off his car under the big MIZZOU sign.

I can only echo what's already been said. Awesome 2 days of racing and food. Cory and Hays Jr.& , Jason and Paul. What a show these guys put on. Thanks Dave, Dave and Dennis for all that you guys do to make us racers feel at home. Thanks also to Hays Sr. and Cory as usual. It was great to see the Iowa contingent too.
Grif, aka Shrek, Happy sweet 16 birthday and thanks for the cake and ice cream.

Thanks to all for celebrating my Birthday! What a weekend! In the few years I’ve raced here, I’ve never had such a good time! I don’t know if I’ll ever see again what I’ve seen last weekend in one race day. The weekend started out slow, but ended in a BLAST, too bad Double-D wasn’t there…??? It had good company, fireworks, awesome food, menace, chaos, mayhem, and ended in a complete meltdown! How could a person like me ask for more? Thanks to all that participated in my Birthday gift!

1 week preparing your car instead of drinking myself silly and keeping my sanity all week…

2 days admission at Triclone instead of 2 nights at the local coke-bar with sluts…

250 miles traveled with a bumbling idiot, asking myself who should really be wearing the helmet…

10 hours of driving a big brown turd instead of dropping it off at the pool…

Well worth the 10 minutes of complete dysfunction during the 13.5 A-Main!!!

Only thing that I would have changed was that it would have been the 10 minutes around the 10.5 Main!!!

Happy Birthday Grif! You still know how to leave everyone in stunned silence! LOL

Good luck to all the Wisconsin guys going to Vinton this weekend. From the reports I've heard it sounds like everyone's stuff is really on. 5 Wisconsin cars in the 10.5 A-main? I hope so!
