My slot budget is forever in red ink too. Like a federal project gone amok, I'm forever submitting change orders, and cost over-runs. :rolleyes:

Gonna put an emergency funding levy on the ballot, but it don't look good! Already got the poop eye from my tax base.

I may have to resort to racketeering, graft, or some type of junk bond scheme. :thumbsup:

I've appied for federal disaster relief myself. If that doesn't work I'm trying for some type of minority scholarship.............called "slots".
