Yes they can.

Yes they can be bought in the store but it's a major miracle if you find one. They are pretty much only sold at Target, TRU, and Kmart nationally right now and they don't get them in that often.

Just remember though they are a similar percentage (if not greater) of the total run as White Lightnings are. It's just that the product flow into the stores is so sporadic that it's hard to be in the right place at the right time to get lucky.

The Barrett-Jackson series 2 were a production run of 10,000 cars and 200 Green Machines.
