well maybe he got ripped off by ebay/paypal like i did (500.00 to be exact). i WILL NOT use ebay nor paypal and i will gladly keep looking for items if they are to be paid by pay pal only, i use united states postal money order and wal-mart wire transfers only (money transfer take 30 minutes at most) plus US postal money orders are way safer than paypal, if the mo is cashed (can be easily found out by asking the post office) and your items are not received it is a federal offense (mail fraud to name one thing).

U.S. Postal Money Orders protect everyone involved. If you send a Fake one you go to Jail. If someone sells you something and cashes your U.S.Postal Money Order and fails to send the goods then they can be prosecuted for wire fraud. I always send a delivery confirmation thru the post office to prove I mailed the item and when it was delivered. The customer can also track the process of the item they purchased and know about when it will be delivered. PayPal is good if you are a regular seller or buyer but for those that trade off and on it is not worth the fees. Just my 2 cents worth. Alittle off subject guys , but there are ways to be safe using paypal,just common sense stuff. Before selling or buying using paypal demand that the person your dealing with has an established history on ebay.I personally have 99.7% pos. feedack out of 606 rating with over 850 total transactions. just by veiwing this you can tell whether or not the person your trading with is trustworthy.The main one is dont turn away people that want to pay with paypal, just remind them that they can use their paypal debit card to get a postal money order so every one involved feels better.Listen to me I sound like i work for them even though right now I have a guy that owes me $1450.00 after putting a 500.00 down payment on a truck over a month ago and wont return my e-mails or phone calls.

while we are off topic....USPS delevery confirmation is not all that its cracked up to be either. I had a package sent to me that way and it was lost. The seller recieved confirmation on delevery,so I was out 2 stock motors. After checking with the post office I learned that they just scan the package when delevered. Problem was it was scanned down the road somewhere and put in someone else's mailbox.
