jnkfleet 10-26-2007, 05:24 PM I like it...How's your 1:1 going? It's kind ironic that after you post pics of your Matador I see one (dark green) that needs restored, For Sale near here..$500, I stopped to look at it..Too much rust in trunk and floors for me. Still a potential Muscle Car? Oh Wow! I left a Green Machine! Lmao.

siggy 10-26-2007, 06:08 PM My 1:1 is coming out awesome . I am finding some good NOS parts on the internet ( its unbeilevable ) New interior , new trim rings for the wheels ,etc. It just takes alot of patience and money of course . I will post another picture of it soon .
Dadvball 10-26-2007, 06:37 PM Very nice job on the paint. It's always pretty cool to have a replica of your 1:1.
montegogt 10-29-2007, 08:48 AM Very cool !
JasonZ 10-29-2007, 09:38 PM Awesome
60sMetal 10-30-2007, 12:15 AM Nice work on the 1:64, Bob - that looks pretty sharp. Hope your 1:1 is coming along. I wish they would put out some new colors for the MM Matadors. The yellow ones seem to be making a comeback, but I wouldnt mind seeing a few others.
siggy 10-30-2007, 07:24 PM Thanks Peter , The real one is coming out great . I am waiting for MM to come out with the Matador in remote control like the Pinto and the Pacer . Now that would make me real happy .

Its 1:60th , it is a little bit bigger than JL's . They are hard to find . I have never seen them in the store but thanks to 60smetal I have 4 of them . 2 of them I customized and 2 I left in the packages . 1 yellow and 1 black .

That's roughly Matchbox size, correct? The reason I ask is because I'd like to get one and convert it to a slot car, and the Matchbox cars have a real close length and width for the Tyco chassis that I use.
Thanks.
siggy 11-17-2007, 04:08 PM They are actually longer than matchbox also . The car is 3 1/2 inches long .
any new pic's of your 1/1?

craftymore 05-16-2008, 09:25 PM For a Matador, that looks really nice and that's not a back hand compliment either. The car looks really great. What engine/tranny combo you running Siggy?
Thanks very much for the great pic.
Zach
siggy 05-22-2008, 05:13 AM Thanks for the compliment , It has a 360 with a 727 torqueflight tranny .
