Howdy, I would really like to see Greenlight do a 69 Z28. As good as their castings are i think it would be a really nice one. Thanks.

Gerald, They do make a 1/24 scale 69 Camaro  . I am waiting for a 1/64 scale Camaro also.

I think these are great models to do.

I brought this up a couple times in the past and usually get a " it's over-done..everyone is doing those"... any of the 3 60's era Camaros would be nice tho...67,68 or 69
There is hope tho...I was asking about a 70 Roadrunner a while back and I see in one of the new Greenlight series, there is gonna be one!

I coudn't agree more. GreenLight PLEASE make a 60's Camaro in 1/64 scale.

There is a reason alot of manufactures do them. Because there pouplar and they sell.

I'm not sure...but I think Jada Toys has the exclusive license for any new castings of the 1/64 1969 Camaros...I might be misinformed... but ...

I would like to see a 1/64 of the 91-92 Z28, with the taller spoiler and slightly different GFX and hood. I love those cars and came very close to buying a 91, sigh....

I'd rather see the '79-'81 done in a quality 1:64 diecast. We have a few '69's to choose from already.

... well JL has just redone thier 69 Camaro casting, looking better than before, and it is currently out in more than one series, and pegged for more upcoming series'

..Hot Wheels just cast a 69 Camaro convert. and is, as usual, putting out that in every series they possibly can

...I guess it doesn't count, but Maisto is also doing a Camaro, but calling it a 68... it seems to appear in all thier series.

...Matchbox also has a 69 Camaro convert... most recently came out in thier Superfast release

maybe Jada has the liscense for the 69 in that weird scale they produce... it is bigger than all the others.. is that like 1/60th maybe?

Pablodragon...actually all those 1969 Castings you listed were already in production prior to the Jada Camaro Licensing agreement. For the record...that wierd size that Jada does...for marketing purposes is 'still' refered to as 1/64 scale.

I am also in favor of a first generation Camaro casting. There are many many different options for that 67-69 era!

even though I dislike any camaros I`m really surprised the 60`s camaros weren`t made first because they would out sell anything else they have now. They definately need to make one to help increase sales and to bring more people into collecting GL`s. Maybe they`re holding back on it on purpose until they can keep up with the volume of the mass market stores before releasing it. :freak:
