Turn4RC 10-23-2007, 11:52 AM The SK Outlaw class sure will be interesting! We wanted to try to have some fun and throw something new into the mix. See if there's any interest. Any ideas, "shoot" them at us!!
RacingWidow00 10-24-2007, 05:01 PM We'll be posting Rules within the next 2 days and we'll be busting our butts this week to get up to speed on teching the brushless motors and getting a better handle on the Lap Counting Computer System. We hope that each event from here on out will get better and better as we learn from our mistakes.
So what do you all want for food this time around??...I was thinking APPLE CRISP!! YUM!

RacingWidow00 10-25-2007, 09:47 AM What exactly is a western sandwich?? We're limited in what we can cook, gotta be done in a microwave or crockpot since that's all we got. I could definitely foresee bacon/ham/sausage & egg & cheese sandwiches on the menu! That would be easy to do in a microwave.
RacingWidow00 10-25-2007, 09:48 AM Wait a minute...are we runnin' an RC track here or a restaurant??? Oh heck, guess if the RC business don't take off, I can always open up Kim's diner....
Casperbase 10-25-2007, 09:54 AM Wait a minute...are we runnin' an RC track here or a restaurant??? Oh heck, guess if the RC business don't take off, I can always open up Kim's diner....

RCRacer00 10-25-2007, 07:07 PM are you guys going to allow 4600's? come on be the first to allow.......
For the SK Shootout 4600's will be allowed in the OUTLAW Class ONLY!!!!!!!!
As for allowing them in other classes, we feel that it's too early just yet to throw them into the mix of issues. Many guys have just purchased new packs that are NOT 4600's.
Casperbase 10-26-2007, 08:50 AM What are the rules for the Outlaw Sk Class??? Is it anything goes???
SRI20 10-26-2007, 09:44 AM What are the rules for stock SK? I race at RCH and I am thinking about coming down for the race. Let me know.

RacingWidow00 10-26-2007, 11:09 AM We drafted up the Turn 4 SK rules last night. We just have to proof it and we'll post it tonight or tomorrow on Hobbytalk AND the website.
In a nutshell, the outlaw class is anything goes. We ask that the racers running the class work together and run comperable motors to try keep everyone competitive but it's not mandatory. Certainly can't run anything that will destroy the carpet or track. More details tonight or tomorrow.
RacingWidow00 10-26-2007, 11:11 AM As far as BBQ goes, we don't have my mom or another extra body this time around to be downstairs cooking on a grill. :( Otherwise, that would be a great idea!
KDarc 10-26-2007, 06:11 PM You have it in a nutshell,or should i say sandwich.Thats what a western sandwich is,that omelet you mentioned in a sandwich.I know im gettinn a little carrieded away with this food thing!!!.Your not a Chef, your the proprietor of a RC race track and hobby shop.Forgive me please,I'll go in my corner and shut up!!!!!!!!!!!

KDarc 10-26-2007, 06:17 PM What are the rules for stock SK? I race at RCH and I am thinking about coming down for the race. Let me know.

Al, Same deal we run up at RCH in pro stock s/k. We ran the same spec tires down there the last time and ran the same lap times as we did with blacks on 3 sides and hard blue on the right front. Saves about 10 bucks in tire cost and you already have them.
jonnycash 10-26-2007, 07:09 PM I'm in for outlaw s/k. "Run what you brung"... right?
Turn4RC 10-26-2007, 11:17 PM Sk Rules Have Been Posted On Our Website (http://turn4rc.samsbiz.com) . I Won't Clutter Up The Forum By Posting Them Here.
